CURRENT PUBLIC NOTICES PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE NORTH COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, 330 S. Main Avenue, Fallbrook, California, County of San Diego, will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 , at a time certain of 5:15 p.m. at the Fallbrook Public Utility District, 990 East Mission Road, Fallbrook, California, to discuss and approve modification to the fee structure for Emergency Medical Services. The potential rate modification is due to the increased cost of operating Emergency Medical Services and ambulance transport services in the greater Fallbrook, Bonsall and Rainbow area. Members of the public will have an opportunity to make public comment pertaining to the adoption of this fee structure.
