NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE NORTH COUNTY FIRE
PROTECTION DISTRICT, 330 South Main Avenue, Fallbrook, California, County of San Diego, has
adopted the District’s Preliminary Budget. The Budget is available for inspection by interested
persons and taxpayers at the Administrative Offices, located at 330 South Main Avenue, Fallbrook,
California and will remain so available until the final hearing hereon.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE NORTH COUNTY FIRE
PROTECTION DISTRICT will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 22, 2009, at a time
certain of 5:15 p.m. at the Fallbrook Public Utility District, 990 East Mission Road, Fallbrook,
California, to consider ADOPTION OF THE FY 2009/2010 FINAL BUDGET. Any interested person
or taxpayer may appear at the said time and place and be heard regarding the increase, decrease or
omission of any item of the Budget, or for the including of any additional items.

AUGUST 18, 2009; 5:15 P.M.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE NORTH COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, 330 South Main Avenue, Fallbrook, California, County of San Diego, will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 18, 2009, at a time certain of 5:15 p.m. at the Fallbrook Public Utility District, 990 East Mission Road, Fallbrook, California, to establish a Multi-Year Facilities and Equipment Plan for the Fire Mitigation Fee Program to comply with Government Code 66000-66002 and the County of San Diego Fire Mitigation Fee Ordinance.

Any taxpayer may appear at said time and place and be heard regarding this item.

April 28, 2009, 5:15 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE NORTH COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, 330 South Main Avenue, Fallbrook, California, County of San Diego, will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 28, 2009, at a time certain of 5:15 p.m. at Fallbrook Hospital, 624 East Elder Street, Fallbrook, California, in Conference Rooms A & B, to discuss and consider adoption of a Cost Recovery Program. The Program permits the District to recover costs related to incidents on public highways, such as engine responses to traffic collisions, vehicle fires, arson investigation and gas leaks. Members of the public will have an opportunity to make public comment pertaining to the adoption of this cost schedule. A copy of this Program recovery schedule may be obtained from the North County Fire Protection District Headquarters at 330 S. Main Avenue, Fallbrook, California, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, or may be obtained by fax or email by contacting Board Secretary Loren Stephen-Porter by phone at
