Administrative Captain Brandon Lucore A/C Lucore was appointed to the Administrative Captain position with the North County Fire Protection District on June 9, 2008. A/C Lucore works on special projects to include: Structure Pre-Plans, GIS integration, Fire Corps Volunteer program and assists the Training Division. Background: Brandon grew up in the area, attending Bonsall Elementary and Fallbrook High School; eventually joining what was the Fallbrook Fire Department, nearly twenty years ago. After spending eight years in both the Firefighter and Engineer ranks, Brandon promoted to the rank of Captain. Two years later, Brandon applied for and was appointed the Administrative Captain position, stating “I’m excited about the future of our organization and feel this position will offer another dimension to my experience.
