Vice President Ruthie Harris was elected to Director in November of 2004. Re-elected in 2008, term ends in 2012. Serving her second four-year term. 

She was elected to serve as Vice President of the Board for 2006 and President for 2008.

Vice President Harris is serving her first four-year term with North County Fire Protection District.
